Back in Nam, actually I was never back in Nam. Back to the front of the Whitehouse then, where George Bush has recently announced that he's actually had a good night's sleep and that darn cleaning lady has stopped banging the vacuum cleaner against his door in the morning. "I know she hates me" he added quietly "You can see it in her eyes".
